    FAQ Password Reset

University members whose EislerMail address has been changed (e.g., from @lba to @doz) should use their original EislerMail address (as with all Eisler eCampus log-ins).

This does not apply to the address "vorname.nachname@hfm-berlin.de", which continues to exist and is still used by employees and permanent teaching staff as an alias for receiving emails only.

Yes, but you will then have to change your password again after the deadline on Monday, November 24, at 10 a.m. You will then have to choose a different password; previously used passwords are not allowed.

This could be relevant if you no longer know or cannot find out your old password. Until the deadline, you can change your password as usual via passwort.hfm-berlin.de. After the deadline, this method will no longer work. Please contact eislercampus.hilfe@adm.hfm-berlin.de for a system reset to the initial password.

No, your stored recovery address is not relevant for the procedure described above.

Regardless of this, please check whether your stored (private) recovery email is still secure. The following portals list known security leaks and check whether your email has been compromised:

If your private recovery email address is affected, be sure to change the corresponding password as well! If necessary, you can also register a different email address for recovery with Eisler eCampus.

No, you only need to change your Eisler eCampus password once. The change will then also apply to all other Eisler eCampus applications (Asimut, CAS Campus Management, EislerWiki, EislerCloud, EislerApp, EislerTube).
